Merchandising: Merchandising plays a key role in increasing sales and our nationwide team of experienced merchandisers are fully trained in merchandising principles, product visibility, stock rotation, planograms and Point of Sale. Reporting is designed to match client requirements in terms of frequency (daily/weekly/monthly/etc.) and content (product placement/volumes/shelf space/etc.)

Managed Contracts: Working with you, we plan, initiate, and operate sales and/or merchandising contracts on your behalf. Shelfwatch manage all aspects of the operation including recruitment, training, purchasing, fleet management, payrolling and control. The frequency and level of reporting is agreed with the client and we encourage regular review meetings.

Relief Staff: We provide temporary sales representatives, business developers and merchandisers to cover shortfalls in your staffing needs due to Holidays/Maternity/Sick leave etc. These staff can be payrolled and managed by Shelfwatch or directly through the client company.

Relays/Category Planning: We pride ourselves in being the best in providing unmatched Relay quality in the implementations of the planograms. We have trained Relay personnel around the country who are experienced in implementing dairy, beer, spirits, frozen food and dry goods relays in retail outlets.

Promotional displays: We provide staff to build shelf displays and promotional end displays within retail outlets. This service includes the initial build and top-ups as required.
